Summer Sun

At first, the thought of covering a baseball game at 7:45 in the evening seem like a pretty late game that wouldn't give me much to work with. I quickly changed my mind once I saw how the light hit the field. Most games the summer sun is still pretty high. On this late game, the sun was setting giving the perfect summer glow. I only wish the pitcher was left-handed. I couldn't really snap a action shot from my point of view. I did take a nice portrait with light that makes any photographer smile.
