I stumbled across a jet skier out with friends on the Afterbay in Oroville the other day. I noticed something a little unusual about how this jet skier was spinning around the water. He had his feet propped up over the handles and was spinning circles in the water. It was a different way of riding, but from the looks of it, he was having fun. It just goes to show you can never plan your day or what you will see.
